Mr. Anupam Kher the chairman of Film and Television Institute of India (FTII) has resigned from his position in lieu of personal work who took this position from former chairman Mr. Gajendra Chauhan last year in October.
While the position was given to Mr. Anupam Kher with great expectations, the actor has resigned from his position citing the reason of 'busy schedule.' He left his position because he has already commited an International TV show due to which he has to go to USA, which he has stated in his letter too.
The letter to Information and Broadcasting Minister Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore also stated that due to his commitment the show will be stationed in US and he will be there for nearly 9 months and after that had to ccontinue it for 3 years and due to that he won't be able to cope up with his present work so he had to resign.
His letter has been received by Mr. Rathore and he had accepted this and has thanked Mr. Anupam Kher for his gratitude and services to the institute.
